Ms Linda Ho is a seasoned management consultant and practitioner in organizational change,  operations & HR management, training consultant and executive coach.  She has over 25 years experience in HK, China, Taiwan and other Asian countries in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, high-tech and professional service sectors. During her worklife, Linda has managed different OD and change management projects amidst the fast changing market in Hong Kong and China. 

Prior to the consultancy role, Linda has held senior positions as:

- Human Resources Director of Greater China of ACNielsen, and Operations Director of Hong Kong Customized Reseach in ACNielsen  

- Human Resources Director in Johnson Electric

- Vice President of Corproate H.R. in STL Technolgoy Ltd.

- General Manager in Cido Research

- Principal Consultant of Syntegrate Consulting Ltd.

On top of her corporate management expertise, Linda has a vast training and coaching experience to cultivate people at all levels in enterprise and academic sector. She has started her training and lecturing career in HK and China in career development, business case sharing and industry practices to students of IVE, City University, HKUSPACE and Shanghai University MBA Centre. 2017 is her 13th consecutive year as the role of corporate trainer and mentor to the MBA students of Shanghai University.

Ms Ho was graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Corporate Administration and Human Resources Management. She holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the American State University, member of Instittute of Administrative Management UK, Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management (HKIHRM), and a Certififed Train the Trainer of Corporate Training accredited by PRC and Certified NLP Practitioner£¨Source from the Mentor£©
